PLOTIQ TERMS OF SERVICE
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING PLOTIQ. BY CREATING AN ACCOUNT OR USING THE APP, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF SERVICE.
1. ACCEPTANCE & ELIGIBILITY
PlotIQ is operated by Bloodline Hunt LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company. You must be at least 13 years of age to use this app. By using PlotIQ you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
2. NATURE OF THE SERVICE
PlotIQ provides food plot management guidance based on soil science data, including recommendations derived from Penn State Extension Agronomy Tables (AG-69, ST-2) and USDA soil datasets. All recommendations are informational guidelines only — they are not professional agronomic advice, certified soil consulting, or guaranteed outcomes.
3. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
PLOTIQ IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. BLOODLINE HUNT LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
Soil conditions, weather, wildlife pressure, seed quality, application timing, and land management practices all materially affect crop outcomes. PlotIQ makes no guarantee of crop performance, yield, germination rate, or wildlife attraction results.
4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BLOODLINE HUNT LLC, ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF PLOTIQ, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO CROP FAILURE, YIELD LOSS, SOIL DAMAGE, ECONOMIC LOSS, DATA LOSS, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES RESULTING FROM RELIANCE ON RECOMMENDATIONS PROVIDED WITHIN THE APP.
IN NO EVENT SHALL BLOODLINE HUNT LLC'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO BLOODLINE HUNT LLC IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $50.00, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
5. PRODUCT RECOMMENDATIONS
PlotIQ may recommend products manufactured or sold by Bloodline Hunt LLC (including FASSTLIME, FASSTGROW+, CloverMAXX, and FASSTMINERAL). These recommendations are based on soil test results and agronomic data. Always read and follow product label directions for application rates, timing, and safety precautions. Bloodline Hunt LLC is not liable for damages arising from improper product application or failure to follow label directions.
6. SUBSCRIPTIONS & BILLING
PlotIQ Pro is available as a monthly ($4.99/month) or annual ($34.99/year) subscription, billed through Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. All cancellations must be managed through your device's subscription settings. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods except where required by applicable law.
7. COMMUNITY CONTENT
Community features allow users to post photos, comments, and other content. You retain ownership of content you submit but grant Bloodline Hunt LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it within the app. You are solely responsible for your submissions. Bloodline Hunt LLC reserves the right to remove any content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, or violates community standards, without notice or liability.
8. ACCOUNT TERMINATION
You may delete your account at any time through Profile → Delete Account. Bloodline Hunt LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use PlotIQ ceases immediately.
9. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Pennsylvania.
